Our Customer Service Center at the Tacoma Dome Station is open to the public Monday – Friday. Our friendly Customer Service Team is available to assist you with transit pass options, ORCA cards, general information and most lost and found items.

Lost and Found

All lost items (except for bicycles) that are turned in by a customer or a Pierce Transit employee will be sent to the Pierce Transit Customer Service Center at the Tacoma Dome Station. Found items are available the next business day after they have been turned in. Lost items are generally held for 14 days. Unclaimed items are donated to a variety of local charities. We recommend calling or emailing before making a trip to claim a lost item. Pierce Transit is not liable for lost or stolen items when riding our buses.

How to Inquire About Your Lost Item

The easiest and most efficient way to inquire about a lost item is to complete the lost and found form below. Please provide your name, phone or email address, and a description of the lost item. Please also include the date item was lost, bus or rail information and time of day. Once submitted, all of your lost item information will be accessible by Lost and Found personnel. You will receive a confirmation email stating the information has been received and will be reviewed by the Lost and Found department. If the item has been found a Customer Service Representative will contact you at the information provided in the form below.
