Tacoma Dome Station Architect's Rendering

Please observe the following rules and regulations when parking at the Tacoma Dome Station:

Rules signThe Tacoma Dome Station Park & Ride is for the use of transit patrons, carpoolers and vanpoolers only. By parking your vehicle at the Tacoma Dome Station, you signify that

  1. you accept and agree to all posted terms, conditions and requirements for parking,
  2. you agree to pay all applicable charges and penalties, including those listed below, and
  3. you understand that you are entering into a contract with the parking lot operator and that this contract may affect your legal rights

Do not park your vehicle at the Tacoma Dome Station Park & Ride if you do not agree to these contract terms.

If you exceed the posted time limit for parking your vehicle, or improperly park your vehicle in any manner, you agree that the parking lot operator may impound/immobilize your vehicle.

You further agree that the parking lot operator may assess the parking penalty fees listed below, and that if you fail to pay any assessed fee or charge within 15 days you will be required to pay an additional late penalty charge of $25.00. The parking lot operator reserves the right ot refer unpaid accounts for collection.

Parking Penalty Fees:
Overtime (exceeding posted time limit) $25.00 (if paid within fifteen days)
Improperly parked vehicle $25.00 (if paid within fifteen days)
Unauthorized vehicle $25.00 (if paid within fifteen days)
Parking in disabled stall without valid permit $75.00 (if paid within fifteen days)
Late payment charge $25.00 (if paid within fifteen days)

Terms and conditions signProhibited and subject to immediate towing at owner's risk and expense are:

  • vehicles left over 24 hours
  • vehicles parked outside of stalls
  • vehicles occupying multiple stalls
  • vehicles for sale, and
  • any other unauthorized vehicles.

Pierce Transit assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage.

The following are prohibited and constitute criminal trespass:

  • skating
  • skateboarding
  • loitering
  • soliciting
  • bicycle riding
  • camping
