Bus Plus operates more like a regular bus route with two kinds of service: scheduled and by request.

Scheduled service
Customers who can get to a scheduled stop (any of the timepoints listed on the timetable below) should be there five minutes before the scheduled arrival time. There is no need to make a request. Look for the yellow Bus Plus sign.

By request service
Customers can also be picked up at signed locations other than the scheduled stop locations (in the Bus Plus service area – see map). Call 253.581.8002 to request a pick-up. If you are new to Bus PLUS, and are using a by request bus stop, you will be asked for your name and phone number in case we need to contact you. Look for the white Bus Plus sign.
