Due to the nature of the RFP for Physical Security System Maintenance and Alarm Monitoring Services, vendors/contractors are required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), prior to release of this sensitive information. Upon execution of the NDA, the RFP will be provided in person or via the United States Postal Service. All information and data furnished to the vendor/contractor by Pierce Transit, and all other documents to which the vendor’s employees have access, shall be treated as confidential to Pierce Transit.
