SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONNAIRE

Please answer the following supplemental questions and include with your application. These questions will be used as part of the screening process. You may use additional sheets of paper as desired.

1. Describe your supervisory experience. How many employees and what were their jobs? What elements of supervision were you responsible and accountable for and over what period of time? Which elements did you find the most difficult? Provide an example of a difficult supervisory situation you were responsible for resolving. Explain the problem, the process you followed in resolving the issue, and the results.

2. Describe your experience developing and managing budgets. Include the type of budgets, the amount of your budget, the scope of your responsibility and the process you used in developing the budget.

3. For the following areas, describe the process you would use to:

Track vehicle downtime; Determine direct labor hours available per full time employee; Calculate a burdened shop labor rate.
