VENDING SERVICES REQUIRED
Contractor shall provide 24-hour vending machine service at the following facilities:

1. Pierce Transit Administrative Building 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, WA.
2. Pierce Transit Maintenance Building, 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, WA.
3. Pierce Transit Office/Training Facility, 3720 96th Street SW, Lakewood, WA.
4. Pierce Transit layover site, 1720 Broadway, Tacoma, WA.
5. Pierce Transit Turnaround/Layover Facility at 9th and Commerce, Operator's Lobby.
6. Other facilities may be added upon mutual agreement by both parties.

Pierce Transit's vending machine requirements at each location are as follows:

Administration Building
One soft drink machine
One glass front beverage machine
One hot beverage machine
One candy/snack machine
One fresh food machine
One frozen food machine
Two microwave ovens
One ice machine (Currently has one in place owned and maintained by Pierce Transit)
Separate change machine (Change for $1, $5, & $10 at a minimum)

Maintenance Building
One soft drink machine
One can soft drink machine (outside of lunch room door)
One glass front beverage machine
One hot beverage machine
One candy/snack machine
One fresh food machine
One frozen food machine
Three microwave ovens
One ice machine
Separate change machine (Change for $1, $5, & $10 at a minimum)

Pierce Transit Office/Training Facility
One hot beverage machine
One soft drink machine
One candy/snack machine
One fresh food machine
Two microwave ovens (One supplied by Pierce Transit currently there)
Separate change machine or vending machine that gives change (Change for $1, $5, & $10 at a minimum)

Layover Site
One glass front beverage machine
One hot beverage machine
One candy/snack machine
One microwave oven
Separate change machine or vending machine that gives change (Change for $1, $5, & $10 at a minimum)

Commerce Street
One glass front beverage machine (Machine that will allow the most variety.)
One hot beverage machine
One candy/snack machine
One microwave oven
One of the vending machines needs to give change (Change for $1, $5, & $10 at a minimum)

TERM OF CONTRACT
The contract duration will be one (1) year with the option for four (4) additional one-year extensions.
