ALARM MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at Pierce Transit, 3701 96th Street SW, Lakewood, WA 98499 on August 10, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend.

SCOPE OF WORK
Pierce Transit is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to maintain and monitor its current CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Warning System (EWS) and Intrusion Alarm Systems. These systems are located at the 96th Street Headquarters, Lakewood Mall, South Hill Mall, 72nd Street, Commerce Street, and Tacoma Dome Parking Garage in Pierce County. Vendors must be certified resellers and installers with the manufacturers of all existing equipment already installed in these facilities. The term of this contract is 2 years with three optional one-year extensions.
